Facebook is actually scanning more strictly and that's why many ad campaigns are rejected. Hope the tips below can help you somewhat.
How to minimize rejections from Facebook Ads.
Step 1: Set up your ad campaign as usual.
Step 2: Once your ad campaign is "Under Review", turn off your ads. Keep the ad group and campaign intact.
Step 3: After reviewing, turn on ads.
It is done. You can try.
Don't forget to use cloaking and change your content to be less aggressive. (Content = image & text)
