Hey guys,

So most times when I receive a pm, I may want to go back to it later (maybe 3 weeks or 6 months later etc). But it is so exhausting that there is no way I can just enter a keyword and search all my PMs so that it takes me to the list of people I had conversations containing such keywords. The point is, most people on here get busy a lot and sometimes might forget the name of a member who reached out for information or your service via PM.

For example a member reached out for my help to confirm whether I have API for my email verification service just so they may want to resell my bulk email verification service with an easy flow via API. I replied, "sorry, but API for bulk email verification is not available at the moment" or something like that. Imagine now I have a provision for this API but that conversation is also lost or buried and I can't seem to help them any further because it is lost in the middle of many PMs. Sometimes you want to reference an old conversation or quote an old PM from a new PM or vice versa.

Can the Admin be so kind to add the feature that allows a member to search through their Conversations or PMs globally by keyword? I think that would make life a lot easier.

This has been requested before. As much as I like the idea, it's not something the tech department is looking to implement at this time.

For now though, I'd recommend using the folders feature in your inbox to organise your conversations, as that should remedy the issue you're experiencing. Here's a newbie guide thread on how to do that: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/how-to-create-folders-in-your-inbox.1435246/

If you have further questions please visit our newbie guide summary here: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/s...ter-list-of-all-newbie-guide-threads.1389081/

If that doesn’t answer your question, please reach out to our Support for further guidance.
