My real IP is showing on browserscan.net when using adspower. WebRTC is disabled.

Any advice?

It only shows my real IP on browserscan - all others (like whoer, iphey, etc) do not show my real IP. Using a default adspower profile.

How it’s even possible, when adspower owns browserscan ??

something probably wrong in your end. Anyways adspower support system very bad, they will suggest another product, if you are free user.

something is wrong with your setup

Like what? I used the default setup on adspower, nothing changed.

Also tried proxy on a default firefox browser and the proxy (Not my real IP) showed on browserscan.net,

Adspower passes all other sites (like iphey, whoer, etc), it just shows me real IP just on browserscan

Sometime browser scan is wrong, check on iphey

Well it's not wrong, lol, it's my real ip it's showing

Do you use a mobile proxy?

Try other proxy provider.

or can check more as follow:
  1. Use Reliable Proxy Services: Opt for trusted providers like MoMoProxy that offer rotating residential IPs and strong encryption.
  2. Combine VPNs with Proxies: Enhance security by using both.
  3. Update Proxy Settings: Ensure correct proxy configurations in your browser settings.
  4. Clear Cache and Cookies: Refresh your connection by clearing cached data.
  5. Try Different Proxy Locations: Switch to less congested proxies if flagged.
  6. Adjust Browsing Behavior: Avoid rapid requests to reduce the risk of detection.
  7. Disable WebRTC: Disable WebRTC in your browser to prevent IP leaks.(You have mentioned)
  8. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to your proxy provider for tailored assistance.

Okay, so the issue was that they were leaking my IPv6 address. I'm not sure if it was a bug or an oversight. I could not find any option to disable this behavior.

I contacted their support team, who were very helpful. They advised me to disable IPv6 on my machine, which resolved the issue temporarily. I hope they implement a fix in the application itself.

Yeah that's pretty crazy, have you tested another anti detect browser?

Recently windscribe vpn has that leak too which they released an update for it. I hope combining vpn and proxy can reduce such risks.

Have you disabled any extensions that might be interfering?
