No it said processing for so long time changed privacy for only me then made it back to public and it got 100 view

There is a way to help the video trend more easily is not to make the video too long, it is better to focus on the first 3 seconds of the video, it will create success.

Yes I went back to see what I did wrong and copied the steps I made in my first video but I got 30 views

Might be content issue. If your posting too quickly or reposting same exact content then might get limited. Try posting in a few hours and put post that got 0 views to unlisted.
