Hello, I am looking into doing BH gambling ads with cloakers for countries like germany, and denmark.

What WH pages would you suggest to try for approval? And any other tips on keeping the account running as long as possible?

A tip I don't see very often is to have a cloaker that redirects to the whitepage gradually and not directly after the ads are approved. This is because Google is now able to spot large site variations. This also applies to the fact that the whitepage must now be very close in structure to the real destination.
