How to systematize social media SEO

I'm trying to build a systemized process around blackhat seo for Reddit and instagram that makes it simple enough for an overseas VA to do it without having to know all the ins and outs. To accomplish this I would likely need to figure out how to set up a cloud virtual machine with rotating proxies and lengthy documentation. Has anyone set anything like this up before using software tools or other methods?

Yea, im doing it with twitter and pretty successfully. I do it on autopilot 24/7 combined with a AI and it works great.
