Multiple phones connected to laptops with tether and a bot controls activity on phones. The operators take care of programming, bugs, and algorithm blocks. We can't guess the purpose of this farm from the video but it seems like social media marketing.

-there are bots, probably in Python
-operators are only to control bots here, but middle guy is programming

Yes, it's an excellent business strategy and the Donald Trump himself has created a Spotify botting machine.

Only custom, you need to hire experienced guys and developers
Such set ups not cost few hundreds but $10k+ and phones costs

Problem with these kind of projects I think is that any change in a platform’s anti-bot defense could see everything fall like a house of cards over night. If you’re getting local chinese rates for that kind of set-up, it’s not a big deal. But most people paying ten times that for similar set-ups will definitely feel the hit a lot harder.
