Has anyone worked with Payfaci?

what is your business and what is your volume and what is your chargeback rate... there are solutions out there but you need to qualify for such solutions?

tbh there isnt much detailed feedback available from users. maybe you can use Durango Merchant Services or PaymentCloud or First Card Payments

Have you worked with them?

It seems a pretty recent service, very few reviews online, I'd rather use an established alternative with more customers and reviews

Payfaci is a scam. They banned my account without giving any proof.

Nowhere on Payfaci website is it indicated that it has any kind of license to operate. So, I would not use such a payment solutions provider.

Hey guys!
See on forum their representative advertise this payment processors.
Has anyone had the positive experience with them?
Maybe you can suggest another payment processors for high risk businesses.
Thanks!
You can check out CoinPayments, PayOp, BitPay, and Nuvei—they cater to high-risk businesses. Have you tried offshore processors like Mercuryo or Payeer?

It’s a bloody lie, there is no way they will ban your account without any proof.

The only time you get into trouble with them is if you use stolen cards or fake ID, if you are into a legitimate business you have no problem with Payfaci.

People don’t always tell the full story.

Even companies as big as PayPal and Stripe have angry people say all manner of things when their accounts get closed.

I have processed of £40,000 pounds with Payfaci and still counting.

Hold on. I will be opening a thread here and ima share your the link

Why is Payfaci not licensed ? It only has a registration of a business, which even you or me can get.
A financial operation without a license, means it is also unregulated and I will simply run away and not use a payment gateway such as Payfaci.

I get your concern, but I actually use this platform and have had zero issues. You can’t really make those claims about the company if you don’t know what stage they’re at in their licensing journey. Just because a business is registered and not “licensed” like a bank doesn’t automatically make it shady or untrustworthy.

There are plenty of legitimate fintech startups that begin as registered entities and evolve into fully licensed platforms.

What matters most is how they operate, and from what I’ve seen, this team has been transparent, responsive, and professional.

You’re obviously free to use another service if you’re not comfortable, but framing it like they’re running a scam just because they’re still growing isn’t fair.

Also, it’s a bit odd that the tone and timing of your comments match across the two accounts it feels like the same person trying to create false consensus.

If you’re upset about something, why not just reach out to their support directly? I can’t speak for them, but I can share my honest experience.

but framing it like they’re running a scam
Nowhere have I mentioned that Payfaci is a scam. All I said was that since it is without a license, means it is also unregulated and I will simply run away and not use a payment gateway such as Payfaci. So, if I feel that I will not use a payment gateway that is unlicensed, does that mean that I am saying that it is a scam ? Once again, I have not mentioned that it is a scam. I simply will not use such a payment gateway. That is it.
