How do they do it?

That’s what I’m trying to understand until now
No one really know here
This is a networking and mutually sharing community. What value are you providing in this thread? What have you figured out since you've posted this thread?

Nothing?

You're only refreshing that one video and check some stupid photo on mobile phones.

Do some real work and if you aren't able to tell yourself how that happened, nobody else will do that.

It's like asking how something did happen on a YouTube video. The answe is clear they used either visible or invisible to everyone platform features. Some YouTube accounts have features invisible to anyone else for example.

It's like being a beggar in my eyes who is mining for irrelevant info instead of making some progress and sharing that information with community.

The opposite is that people who give value, if they have a question, a week later they have some answers and not thread bumps with the same questions and zero more answers every few days.

If we all go to YouTube and pick 3m subs account and start posting such questions, what is this community gonna become? Bunch of beggars.

Dude
You have too much free time

I get buttons sometimes.

When I click on it, it often doesn't respond.
Some people here say it’s a test account, i don’t know what exactly they test or what’s the benefits.
I’m running ads many years in the white hat world, need transitioning to the darker side

None of that is relevant to finding loopholes in systems. Your question was answered by me. The only thing left to do is to change your attitude from searching for problems to solving them.

Then you won't have to scratch your head as much as you seem to do. It's not a very smart approach especially in something which requires analysis of complex processes and looking for issues and flaws that you can benefit from.

They're not hard to find with problem solving attitude, notes and diagrams. That's years of body work though.

Some people never change. They just assume they're good as they're are.

it's a mass conspiracy, bro
no kidding, go deep into the CPA thread on bhv and you'll see a lot of useful stuff about it
cloaking, for example

Like some guy paid Zuckerberg in private to put a super low quality image nobody will click under a low quality video on mobile phones?

"Mass conspiracy" - conspiracies aren't "massive" in general. They're rather in-between small groups of interests. It's impossible to hold a secret at scale.

Cloaking? What it has to do with cloaking? It's maybe a bug or some hidden feature at best.

Redirecting people and showing one thing to algorithms and another to users is as old as PHP specification or something else. It's just a technique we know since the beginning of advertising on the internet. Super basic stuff.

super basic for you. not for me :) and it's still working till this day? how can Meta did not stop it?

maybe if the ad is inactive, no "learn more" button available.
I had same issue with fb video link but real campagn if i click on the link I have a different video depending of the device i use

Such a post with a video can be made for a long time, it used to be called canvas, then instant experience and now collection.

You just need to know how the facebook api works, and you can make many different posts.

Maybe one day I'll describe in more detail how Facebook has done it. ;-)

How about now? We have time

This type of post is a published creative....
The text below is a fragment of an article I once wrote.

Facebook distinguishes between two main types of posts: regular posts visible on the fanpage and advertising posts, referred to as creatives, which are not visible on the fanpage but can be seen by users as sponsored content on Facebook. Posts can be published, unpublished (referred to as "dark posts"), or hidden. Once a post is published, it cannot be withdrawn; it can only be hidden, and posts that are not visible can be published.

It's worth noting that every created advertising creative within the ad manager automatically generates its counterpart in an unpublished post. However, not all added posts are creatives. Posts added organically on the page or through Business Suite are not treated as creatives. Nevertheless, based on each published post, a creative can be created. Creatives and posts are interconnected, so comments and reactions are visible on both types of content.

Over the years, Facebook has aimed to simplify its interface and introduced new tools, resulting in the standardization of post types. For instance, the carousel format, previously only available as an advertising creative, has become a standard post format that can be created not only as an ad. However, currently, no Meta application allows for the organic creation of carousels. Consequently, many people create a carousel ad and then navigate to the "Page posts" tab to publish it. Nevertheless, due to changes, this option ceases to work, and most profiles do not display newly created creatives. The only current solution is to publish carousels using applications that operate through the Facebook API. Using such applications, you can also publish organic posts in advertising formats, i.e., creatives.

How does it work precisely? The application either immediately generates a direct post or creates an advertising creative (without creating a campaign) and subsequently publishes a post that is the equivalent of that advertising creative. This allows us to publish organic posts in non-standard formats. Additionally, the Facebook API offers the option to publish posts with a link and a CTA button. Among the available CTA buttons, there are as many as 80 different types.

In conclusion, I tried to compile various post formats that can be published on fanpages. However, it's important to note that dynamic posts cannot be visible on the page, and some of these formats may only work correctly in the mobile app.

Post formats that can be published on the page include, among others: text posts, image posts, posts with multiple images, video posts, carousels, Reels, Stories, posts with links, and live broadcasts.

Creatives are additional formats that can also be published on the page. They can contain links (with any image and description), phone number connections, Messenger messages, forms, navigational maps, page liking buttons, advanced carousels, posts with augmented reality (AR), and mini-pages called "canvas."

Most of these formats can be published directly using some app :)
