Why not both ? A job in day time and start a blog as an online hustle. Based on what you like doing or where you grow more, you can continue forward.

There's a wide list of skills you could learn, depending on your interests: technical skills (Web/app/software development, SEO), creative skills (Graphic design, animation, etc.), marketing skills (digital marketing).

Find a skill that you are interested in. Learn it and then find ways to sell that skill. Find websites where you can sell that skill. In those websites you will find how other people are using that skill to promote them. Use that knowledge and apply.
