How to find models for OnlyFans agency ?

Hi.
I started onlyfans managing in 2023 January till last month i was managing only one model which was generating me very good amount of the money i scaled the model to very good numbers but the girl decide to quit cuz she started getting her boyfriend and she decide to close it. She is friend of mine so basically now i'm kinda cutted of my income. I tried to look for a model i did run some instagram page dm to girls but i think in 2024 it won't work i made myself a bot to dm on instagram but even tho i was sending daily a lot of messages it wasn't working good maybe the script outreach was bad i didn't try myself instagram ads cuz forsure someone of you will tell that and propably will try that in the future.

How u guys found your models ?

Try Telegram you can even buy models there
Try on all those cam sites to dm low viewer Models that fit your liking and offer them a deal for OF
Continue using Plattforms like Reddit and Instagram.

Okey.
About telegram i don't exactly believe how does the selling model work like if there is a good model why would someone sell her? Either she is lazy or it's some fake no clue or how come they running those pages and how they find those models
About cam sites to message any girl u need to actually pay so 1 message cost unless you write public on chat then moderator of the cam site just ban you
Reddit all the girls thinking that agencies are scam evne tho i'm not really agency i just want to get again max 1-2 girls and just focus on them fully i believe in quality not quantity and Instagram i tried for around 2-3 weeks wasn't giving good results but it might be because of bad script

Understand that, i would always recommend having a nice modern looking Webpage/landingpage as showcase of your brand.
In Telegram those are mostly groups that have Freelancer/Free Agent girls in them, I would recommend just trying it out.
You could also go to OF directly and writte Models that have difficulties growing theire OF account themselves.
 
Also what about this buying model from telegram how does it work is it legit anyone used it?

Just because you didn't do your reserach and got ripped does not mean that it is a scam.
I have purcahsed many model contracts for clinets over the years from telegram and have had very good success.
You need to do the research into the group and also the model.

Now, as for your reaching out on IG.

Building a bot will not work. Reaching out on IG naturally does but you have to come from a power position.
These models get 100s of agencies reach out to them, why should they reply to you?
Show them how you can provide value.
Show them how you can help them.

Don't be a bot, don't be a jerk.
The game is harder now, but not impossible.

P.S.: I wouldn't recommend buying a model, not because it's a scam but because you will have a different dynamic with her. it's much better to recruit a model by yourself or even get another one irl ffs. you can do it;)

That game ain’t harder it’s just about the method . I can get models easily , I also own a marketplace
