Youtube content recycling

Hi guys,
I currently run 5 youtube channels for an OF model and would like to recycle the existing content and post it on other channels. What options are there for this? I have only seen a tool here in the forum that changes the pixels etc.. Is this necessary or can I adjust the videos in Premiere/davinci a little (brightness, scaling, etc.) and post them in a new channel (different name without linking). Is there anyone among you who has a good solution here? I couldn't find anything more detailed in the forum...
