I am looking for someone to create a template like the website over at
www.school-grants.org something similiar, to be used for AdSense. Maybe a cookie cutter type to make many wordpress sites based upon this theme!

Ya can make most of it in Artisteer and then just hack a couple of the pages and you're good to go. I did a replica template of this very exact site just by this. It wasn't 100% same, but pretty damn close.
