Web with 90k/UV - Best way to monetize?

I have a friend who has a 90k/uv mainly from Tier 1 countries. +80% is from USA / UK.

He currently is earning about 1.4$ CPM with PopAds, he doesn't have any other monetization method as its streaming niche.

Other networks? Best way to monetize that traffic? I feel like PopAds is ripping my friend off..

He is also considering using big video sites that offer up to 35$/10k but theres many pops there and it annoys the visitors.

I dont think it suits the website.

Maybe some VOD CCs will work, but not crypto.
