i've always loved midjourney for free image generation, sadly my trial expired.

I still use thispersondoesnotexist. Takes some refreshes some times but gets the job done.

Just tell them what you want (hair color, age, etc.) and they'll do the rest! Or, you can use stock photo websites with fancy AI search, like Shutterstock or Adobe Stock. They have tons of images and can search based on your descriptions.
