How do I monetize Re-Used Content?

Long story short, I'm 20 and 2 years ago. I monetized a very successful compilation type of channel back in 2021, making over $20,000, then got demonetized. The channel is still up today, and I am more knowledgeable about the niche I'm in and even have editors. I'm ready to return to it, but I can't get back into the YTP because of what the channel is. I work full-time, go to college full-time and am just looking for a short-term cash grab. I read a little about MCNs and CMS and its been 3 months so I can reapply to YTP if I fix things up. Please save the passive-aggressive replies I honestly am just looking for answers.

They can guaranteed your payout, but from my experience, they usually take a 50% cut, you need to negotiate with them beforehand. It's a trade off that you need to consider

Yes it is applicable that you should renew some part of your existing content and then apply for monetization maybe it will work.

honestly i dont know the modus operandi of how they calculate earnings. I simply uploaded videos and got paid

but there is no copuyright of posting a cats video i think , i use lenostube to verify if the channel is monitized or not , its legit ?

I just checked it and lenostube is not legit, it's not working. I checked the channel I'm working on which I know for a fact is monetized and lenostube said it's not monotized. Therefore I guess the cats channel could indeed be monetized.

you need to repurpose it...add some effects, zoom, text, subtitles and a creative phrase

You can try again for YTP in 3 months if you work on your channel.
MCNs might be able to help you get more viewers and get paid, meanwhile it is also important to work towards getting back into YTP for the future.
Consider looking into affiliate marketing to make some quick $ while you work on your content.
