Making 100K Per Month Flipping GMB Pages

Recently I have started my local rank and rent journey and have seen success with both local sites and local GMB pages. Aside from building a portfolio of rented out local sites with GMB pages, I want to know if I could just flip extra GMB pages instead of renting them out.

That way I can rent out about 15 local sites + GMB pages for 200k a month and then just flip GMB pages for an extra 100k or so. Once the 15 sites are ranking 1st I can just have VAs manage the payments with the "site tenants" and I could build about 10 extra gmb pages per week to just flip instead of stressing with having to manage more clients.

So my questions are do businesses or people in general pay for GMB pages, how much would they pay if for example it's in a roofing niche getting 200+ calls a month, do people only pay for that sort of thing if there is a website paired with it? Just some thoughts, let me know what you all think

Flipping websites is priced at 40x of its monthly earnings, so I would use the same to price your GMB.
200 monthly leads at $20 each = $4k x 40x = $160k
Just adjust the numbers to real numbers.

Thanks for the insight, it will probably be priced closer to $30 per lead and maybe not a 40x multiple since its only a GMB, proabably closer to 8 to 10x.

True. They might consider ads instead of spending $25k to $100k on GMB page. But your sales pitch and ranking guarantees could fetch you some clients.
