What's the difference between those two keywords type?

Secondary are terms that are closely related to your main keyword. Long tail keywords are longer keywords that are more detailed and often less competitive than the main keyword.

If your keyword is "red car", a secondary keyword could be "red automobile" and a longtail could be "red electric sport car", "red eco friendly hatchback car".
