I have an AI site that is approx 6 months old, I completed my topical map of this site and now it drags in slightly above 300 daily visits, its traffic source is evenly distrubuted between Google and Pinterest that is to say, around 60% from Google and 40 from Pinterest.
I planned on waiting for it to reach 10k monthly visits (7k now) so I apply for Mediavine, however, I am dire need of cash and need to market it ASAP.
The site has room for affiliate content, a lot of room and it would do well with ads too but this can be called a presumption.
My question here is, can I sell this site and how much do you think I can sell it..
N/B I don't plan on selling it in the DMs as I know it is against BHW rules, but if I find an interested buyer here, I will quickly get the BHW Blue and make the sales.
I need the money urgently, thanks!
