Which proxy services reconnect to nearby ip's?

From my understanding, if you choose a sticky IP within the area, it should always connect to the closest one.
What's the point of a forum?
I thought these sticky residential automatically change ip every 30-60min? I want to use the same isp/city ip for anywhere from a few days to a few months.

I can't comment on other companies, in our situation, the IPs remain the same (sticky ones) as long as the residential user providing the connection is online.
If you want a guaranteed IP you should get a static one, not sticky.

It's not a good idea to keep reconnecting to new ips.
Better to have static or change in certain period of time.
Keep changing with fall over might flag your accounts.

Not sure if you're in the market for mobile proxies but services where you are assigned a dedicated 4G modem should rotate to a nearby IP address by default.

I thought this is a normal behavior of mobile proxies. I think mobile proxies get their IPs from the cell towers of the mobile carrier, and those IPs are usually assigned randomly from a pool of nearby addresses, and the exact range depends on the carrier and network conditions.
