Verified Account suspended immediately after card attached

My verified account was suspended immediately after attaching real credit card. All information legit and real. I assume bing does that for everyone. The account was verified. Considering my goal is affiliate marketing. What should I say in the appeal? But seriously is there more ridiculous company than Microsoft people have to go through all of that just to give company money? I've been trying to create accounts since 2021...

Bing simply doesn't want more customers from what I can understand, I created legit account verified it and still suspended for no reason at all.
