How do I get verified from Google Adsense?

I have a blog on Blogger, that is a blog in my language, not English
I created it ~60 days, ~80k views
I have some pages indexed to Google search
each day, I create 2-3 posts
each post has 200-400views from direct, social, and google search
I have Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, About Us, Contact Us, etc...
I added Google Analytics

but Google AdSense still rejects my apply

I don't think Google can determine the copyright for online novels, simply put, these are novels with special origins.
