Is it possible use different URL in one campaign?

It can be suspicious for adsense and other of my ad networks if all the traffic come only to one URL.
 
How can we know that these are visitors that are interested in the niche
 
Can you make the traffic come from google serps? Bot searches for specific terms and click only on my website, stays a bit browses around, can be drastically less views for same price.
