Hello,

I am a developer from the EU. I registered to discuss and take action on making money online.
Currently, I cannot even earn $1 online, so there is definitely a room for improvement.

At this stage, I feel like monetisation is the easy part, and getting traffic is harder.
My first steps will be making efforts to generate free social traffic. I am OK with both SFW and NSFW.

I had several attempts at tube sites when Hubtraffic was still a thing. Most of them ended up being complete failures after failing to drive traffic.

As for the most "successful" attempt, I built a tool that downloaded PH videos and cut a specific time range. I posted these clips on my subreddit and crossposted them to relevant subreddits. This got the subreddit to 10K followers. My tube site link was in the sidebar.

Then came the issues:

- Organic traffic never picked up even though I did on-site SEO and built quality backlinks slowly but steadily
- Even though the subreddit had traffic, it hardly converted to tube site visits
- Even when the tube site got visitors, CPM earned pennies, CPA never converted

In retrospect, the tube site was too generic to be able to compete for keywords, and Reddit traffic was not a good match for your everyday adult banners that appeared on the tube site.

Before giving up on the project, I built a bot to watch my videos on the website with proxies and got away with $1 daily from Hubtraffic lol.

As for the future, I am looking to work on something that has a more direct and short funnel and can be scaled up by programming.

Welcome to the forums. I agree if you have traffic you can make money in 1 million different ways. the hard part is getting the traffic.
