Well sometimes or more often the mods dont like to make money on the platform so they will find a way to block you to post affiliate links

Quora has turned a den of spam lately.
The hyper moderation of Reddit continues to give it real value and people can already smell your content as fishy if it looks promotional.

You need to be really careful with Reddit. Worth my time than Quora but not as easy as you can post garbage on Quora.
