Twitter X without account

Is there any (preferrably free) app, service to follow X accounts (or make rss). Some alternative to tweetdeck just for read only (no posting). Would be good also to filter tweets if possible.

theres this google news trick above. replace elon musk with your desired person.

theres couple saas apps online if you google 'twitter to rss'. most are free for 1-2 feeds.

twitter revoked the api center few months ago.
you'll be hard pressed. one of those things thats probably gonna take hours of testing if u dont wanna pay.
fwiw i tried the first result on google and it worked perfect. only con was you could not export the rss. on free tier anyway.

I see, so no solution like tweetdeck anymore? My old not often used twitter account seems not work anymore. But say I open new - can we apply filters and follow for free like in the past? Or such read only option on X is paid?

you dont need to pay for twitter to read only.

you can make a free twitter account and utilize search. there are even advanced search parameters letting you filter queries.
