I'm wondering if I should use a static proxy or a proxy based in GB, if I want to use it to register a new account, thank you.

Visit any proxy site and contact support explain what you want and what is your budget, they can guide you better. I am using private residential proxies at monthly charge for accounts.

How much do you spend on proxies every month?

It totally depends on your use case. Some people need proxies rotating on every request (therefore a lot of IPs and that usually is charged per GB and more costly), some people need static IP (so you pay per IP and have unlimited bandwidth).

You can inquiry to the proxy sellers of BHW in here - https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/proxies-for-sale.112/

It depends on the scale of operation. If you want to do it on a large scale then residential proxy (the GB one that you mentioned) willl be more suitable. If the scale of operation is small then go with static proxy because that will increase your success rate quite considerably

It depends on what site or what you are doing in general, if you are creating accounts for long term and do not want them to get suspended you would need static residential/mobile proxies

different services require a different solutions, usually, the bigger the company, the more security they have in place. while a static residential that's online 24/7 is costly, there are more cheap solutions that would allow you to use a temporary sticky proxy, of course you'd want the static residential one that is exclusive to you only on big companies that might see as a red flag that you're changing proxies too fast/often.

Rotating proxies if you want to create a lot of accounts or scrape or anything where you need a lot of IP's.

Static Residential if you just need 1 proxy to manage an account etc.

If you need to create a bulk of accounts, using rotating proxies in GB is more cost-effective than many static proxies.

I think it depends on if the site where you want to register the accounts is protected by any Proxy detections or if they score the IP. From my experience mobile proxies working very good for these kind of stuff

Static mean just 1 IP (pay fixed amount per proxy per month) this is optimal for managing e.g. one email acc, one IG acc,..

Rotating mean tons of IPs (pay variable amount per proxy per month based on bandwith used) - thats perfect for scraping, viewing ads, checking SERPS,...
