Im using OGAds right now but im getting 0.04$ from a 1 conversion.
I boosted some good offers but nothing.

so this depends on the country of origin of your lead.
for tier 3 countries, u can expect more or less same tiny profit on every network.
u need more traffic & tier 1 traffic.

if you dig into the aff network user portal you can uusally see all countries and their payouts
you'll see US, european places have big payouts. compared to places like india, bangaldesh, filiipines, russia, ukraine.
so ideally your method should be bring in tier-1 traffic for max benefit to you.
