Paid this guy to open a thread here to sell paypal accounts. He is a scammer took the money and blocked me. Highly recommended to not do any business with this person.

Scammed me out of $400, pathetic.
User is also on aspkin, be aware folks.

how we can use the card to withdraw from paypal?

assume i have a paypal with money stuck i can just connect the card there and withdraw it?
