JV with adsense ,CJ and Amazon or CPA

I have some accounts of so many networks they are laying around. i want some one to do JV with them.

I have the following accounts.

2)***Lead
3)Amazon
4) CJ

these accounts are currently idling with little pending balance.There are some other affiliate account i have also which i have not listed here.
