X Follow-Unfollows? Maximum Actions?

If someone with a warmed up page wants to do follow-unfollow but end up with their page also following 0 pages, how would they best do this? Unfollow at a rate of 2:1, so 2 unfollows for every follow? Or do all the unfollows on their own in the end while also doing 0 follows? And what is the maximum rate per day of follows and unfollows that can be done?

With this maximum rate, do other actions count toward a maximum or not? For example, how many likes, comments, etc. can someone do per day if they are also doing the maximum follow-unfollow per day at the same time?

Side question: I know it depends on page type but generally how many followers a month can be gained with maximum follow-unfollow now?
