I will give you a website and what I want is for you to clone it 1:1 design wise. There will be 5 pages tops. I'm looking for someone who can understand the requirement, for this you will need to be fluent in English and have some ability to problem solve. You will need to understand some basic animations and how to build something in WordPress from scratch. Unfortunately, this isn'nt something you can do with a template.

Looking to hire ASAP.
