30 Million Tier 2 and Tier 3 Backlinks

we know nothing about these links other than the fact that they're "contextual" which can mean anything to a seller that wants to sell you the moon.
But generally speaking, it's not good to blast 1000s of links to a fresh site (in case that your site is indeed fresh), and if it's an aged site these links will most likely be useless because quality links don't cost $5 per 1000s of them.
Point being: avoid them!

It will cause more harm. However, you can check the reviews if available and decide based on that.

They will clearly mention that these links are intended for Tier 2 and Tier 3. If you use them for Tier 1, then your site might be at high risk.

The backlinks market is filled with these types of offers. They will never be able to provide 2 million backlinks in $10.
Just stop and think for a moment. If they take 2 seconds to create each link, it will take 4 million seconds which is approximately 1111+ hours. It is equivalent to 46+ days. Also they don't say how many unique domains they are going to post. Hundreds of links from the same domain is pointless.
They deliver the work in 5 days!
What kind of computers/software they have? Multiple PCs? What are the electricity costs? what are the proxy and connection bills? Software costs? And there is fiverr fees. So where is the profit?
They will never be able to do this constantly. They just give you a file with repeated cells, duplicate URLs, made-up links. You will never be able to manually verify 2 million links. If you catch them, they will just make excuses.

I am 1000% sure that only a few 100s links will be indexed from such blasts. I tried such services for testing in the past and right now the index rate is already very slow after so many updates.
Ahrefs, Semrush will show so many backlinks and RDs but in reality and GSC, few links will be indexed and they will be Contextual and Blogs comments mainly.
I am suggesting the seller here @SEO Controller, whose service is much better than Fiverr, and SEOClerk and you will get the max index rate as he worked hard on indexing.

Each niche has random ranking factors; therefore, strategies depend on many factors.
Buy basic SEO tools like GSA SER, Xevil, or even Ranker X, and you can do it yourself. This way, you have full control. You can use OpenAI for high-quality content. You can nicely set up all the data you want, like making sensible comments in case you are going to blast comment platforms. You have full control when you create article directories and wikis.
Contextual and non-contextual links both have their own value, so don't underestimate them. I see many replies from Reddit or similar groups getting those links as SPAM. Please don't use them as SPAM; it depends on how you are going to use them.
Since you already made some buffer sites from high DR sites, you are perfectly safe to build tier 2 links, but not 30K at once—just go slowly with nice content. I am pushing 100 verified contextual links and running through a few premium link lists via GSA with the bad words filter enabled. I am having great results with chosen niches.

yep, I can confirm! I purchased 550k links for $10 about 2 years ago and while I did expect the links to be garbage (I needed them for non-backlinking purposes, so I didn't mind them being bad), I was really pissed off when I cleaned the list in the report and noticed there were only 1623 unique links but repeated until they reach the promised 550k threshold. The nerve on these scammers I swear....

Do not buy "packages" as theyre always going to be ratshit.
Buy individual links, this way you can investigate each domain you buy.

They use a powerful software to build these links quickly. You can also use the software Notepad++ to build such links for free. Just replace the domain in redirect links.

i suggest you not to get these backlinks beacause these are spam backlinks and blackhat seo.

30 million tier 2 and 3 links, more like 30 million spam links. I can guarantee that your website will die quickly.

The consensus is to not go with it. So I won't. I've never built tier2 links before and actually don't know how about doing so. My tier 1s mainly consist of guest posts, sneaky backlinks, medium, quora, reddit, local citations that I don't know how to safely index.
Right, my question was if I were to point them to Tier 2, can that potentially harm my money site?
If a backlink gets indexed, does that mean all of the external links on that page are indexed as well?
I've never used it, but heard of GSA SER mentioned quite a bit. Do they provide websites for you or something?
I started using SpamZilla and acquiring domains in my exact niche with DF links from cnn, inc, vogue, etc. Excited to see where it goes with the 301 redirects.
I've never heard of this method. Can you elaborate method in DM? where are you getting the domain to swap the redirect links?
