Hello everyone,

I recently launched a conversion campaign and achieved success in acquiring registrations, but unfortunately, the number of First-Time Depositors (FTDs) remains nearly nonexistent. Out of 25 registrations, only one resulted in an FTD.

The cost per registration is within an acceptable range (15-20 euros in a Tier 1 geo) but the lack of FTDs is concerning. Why players are registering but not making deposits?

I would greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions you might have regarding this issue.

Thank you in advance!

This can be for a variety of reasons.
Your GEO may already be oversaturated (especially if it is Tier-1), your creatives may not be good enough (have you already done A/B testing?), finally the landing pages / deposit pages may not be convincing enough.
Often affiliate game is an experiment to try out different strategies before you get a nice ROI.

I made testings at the beginning I tried different campaign goals like traffic,DMs etc and I find that conversation with videos is the best.
The thing is that the players comes from slot games video ads on Facebook > to landing page that says "100% bonus up to 1,000$ deposit >then click to the casino > and then invest time in registration. So it must be someone that interested, I don't know what kind of testings I can do already.

following this thread. in process of doing very similar ads. Will update if I find something

Um maybe due to various factors such as insufficient incentives, unclear value propositions, or a complex deposit process. Analyze the user journey to identify drop-off points, improve onboarding and offer compelling welcome bonuses or promotions to encourage deposits.

I faced a similar issue in the past, where I was getting close to 100 registrations but no deposits. After much trial and error, I discovered that the key factors were the creatives and, most importantly, the audience list. Once I sourced a targeted audience list for that specific GEO, my campaigns saw a significant increase in deposits.

Regarding creatives, it's crucial to ensure that they are deposit-focused, not just registration-focused. This is something we often overlook but makes a huge difference in campaign performance.

but if you don't have deposits yet in your pixel, wouldn't it be better to do conversion with goal to regs instead on conversion with goal purchase if your pixel is empty of deposits?

Focus on optimizing for conversions, specifically deposits or other meaningful actions, rather than just registrations. If you're only targeting registrations, you could end up spending more without seeing significant returns—like getting a thousand registrations but only 20 deposits. Once your targeting is dialed in correctly, you’ll see a much more efficient outcome, such as 13 registrations and 9-10 deposits. That’s the potential of Facebook ads when implemented properly.

Are you still doing casino Aff? If so would you be open to connect? I'm struggling with the same topics just a year behind you!

you need to set a conversion goal of first deposit, not enrollment

You have set a goal for Facebook algorithms to increase the number of registrations, so the algorithms pick up those people for you, but if you set a goal for FTD ads, then the algorithms will look for more people who will make the first deposit
