I have started using outbrain for the gambling but I'm facing with some issues. My content is not approving.

better to speak with your AM, my understanding in order to run the gambling offer you need certain licenses to get the approval for your ads.

If you don't have a gambling license, you need to use cloak

Currently the best gambling platform is Kwai

Taboola and Outbrain will not refund account balances when using cloak
