Why are you asking for free guest post sites? If you're an SEO expert at the level of creating an AMA, you shouldn't need free guest posts sites, and if you wanted them you could easily find them.

I really mean no offence, but this is like someone claiming to be a race car driver, then they're asking what the gearbox is for in a car.
For starters, "foundational" links are a myth. Links are links. You should build mostly contextual links. If it's a business site then your usual business directories and business profile listings.
I don't think however, you are in a position for an AMA, which generally implies you have EXTENSIVE knowledge and years of experience.
I did an AMA a while ago, but only after 5-6 years of doing SEO, writing multiple guides and running my SEO agency.
If you really want to share, then before creating an AMA, create a few guides that demonstrate your knowledge and are able to help people.
