Auto Traffic Redirection: Are There Website Plugins or Scripts to Control Traffic Flow Based on Thresholds?

I am purchasing traffic from a network and sending it to my offer. While I sleep, I don't want to stop the traffic, but I want to limit it to a certain threshold. Are there any website plugins or scripts that can provide this functionality? For example, after sending 1000 visitors to webpage A, I want the remaining traffic to be redirected to webpage B.

Technical term for what you are after is called URL Rotator.
There's free and paid solutions found on google search. You can likely find some posted here too.
Haven't seen any with the feature you are describing--"rotate after threshold". but its likely exists on some paid solution if you search hard enough.
Might be faster to find a script that rotates links based on system-time.
