I'm sorry to break it for all OpenAI groupies, but that company is not even OpenAI, but ClosedAi.

For me long responses are a huge drawback. I'm only after straight to the point, expert level things. Nothing general is of my interest.

And Google Cloud is hosting VertexAI. And for OpenAi, you need to go to Azure.

What do you think is better option? Of course Google Cloud is better than Azure.

Open AI was one of the first and well-funded, that's why it's the most popular and really good. But Claude AI is well-advanced and their approach on ethical AI and safety things will push them forward in the long run.

It's all depend to your requirements
If you need scalable computing resources, data storage, and processing power, the cloud is the way to go.
If you're looking for a conversational AI to generate text, answer questions, or create content, ChatGPT is the better choice.

Claude (Anthropic) derives from ChatGPT (OpenAI).

There was a rupture due to ideology.
Anthropic gives priority to what they call HHH: Harmlessness, Honesty, Helpfulness.
In such a sense that Claude is trained to be a more ethical model.

It is rare, but sometimes you might find Claude claiming it was developed by OpenAI or calling itself ChatGPT.

I hope you are right! I will try Claude out. Been looking to diversify my options. But right now, Chat has worked so well for me.

I find myself using chatGPT more often that Claude now. It seems claude hallucinates too much. I've received a lot completely untrue answers from claude
