get better proxies
I used mobile proxy and us residential proxy, but I got same error all the time.

Maybe your IP address has been blacklisted so you have to do a captcha

Change the browser, It will work and also clear the cache too of current browser, Linkedin showing this error from almost last 3 months, If your not properly filling the cache it will never be done go on youtube and see the video to how to bypass security check.
@DreamChaserr it is not a real captcha, after solving it nothing will happen, you cant pass it.
@Proxy Booster it doesn't depend on proxy as much
@williamclifford32 clearing cache wont help with this captcha
