Hello everyone, havent been very active for 1-2 years but I am going to be posting in this thread semi-regularly/whenever I have an update and the time to.
Current stats:
Target revenue: $20k/month
Current revenue: $1.5k/month

I started a couple months ago with Reddit marketing which currently accounts for 100% of my income. I am currently hiring more people in my team to increase our capabilities even more.

A bit of history:
Started in 2020 making money thru random reselling. 2021 - nfts, crypto marketing and a bit of reddit marketing - made 10-12k net. 2022 - downward spiral, lost 9k on crypto options and nfts, ate the rest, became a fatass. 2023 - llms and ai images, little money, not much made - 2024 - started back with reddit, doing some marketing, creating an upvote farm - averaging 1.2-1.5k monthly, not that great.

Plan:
(definitely happening)
Get my upvote farm live and expand the farm.
Start a phone farm for instagram and reddit.

(in my mind currently)
start a small brand
Local SEO agency w a friend who's doing ads for SMBs
Other things I can do using web/api automation

I am really good at selenium based automation and learning how to reverse engineering apis currently.

Rules about my journey are:
I will only be counting income that I believe will be recurring.
I will not be counting income from gigs.

Current situation:
Upvote bot is complete and able to send upvotes but hit rate is less than 50% which is not good. It also needs to be connected to an api through which it can receive orders.

I will be working on connecting the bot to an api and improving the upvote hit rate.

Good luck with your journey, man!
Pretty sure you're going to get there :)

good luck bro!

Reddit Marketing and crypto nft?

So are you one of those guys that keeps spamming my inbox on reddit with those crypto offers? Also same stuff on discord, trillion of messages about crypto and 99% is scam.

Holy heck, and you make 2K per month with that? People are so stupid to bite? Incredible how stupid people are these days.

Sounds like that upvote farm is going to work well in the long run. Following!

Update:
An extremely bad ban wave hit in the last 2 weeks. 3 day account live rate fell to almost 8-10%. It was gruesome. Had to rewrite the whole process but the bot is now much better. Alive rate is almost 50-55% now, even better than the pre ban wave rate + added auto farming which ensures higher account quality.

Thinking about adding my own module for creating gmail accounts and then verifying the reddit accounts thru these gmails but this will significantly increase the cost.

Also, made a loss in the last 2 weeks. Got scammed thrice. 2 suppliers exit scammed, 1 supplier changed password after exit scamming and 1 supplier(bought last week) changed passwords this week. All in all over 1k in losses, no profit. This month was a loss because of this.

Good news:
Upvote bot is finally connected to telegram so now I can start offering it to some of the agencies I am in contact with. Thinking about only taking on experienced clients. That way I maintain the quality of upvotes while having to deal with fewer people. A few big agencies I have worked with before have shown interest so will be offering free trials this and the coming week.

Also, learning android automation. I am confident I can learn enough to start making android automation bots in 2 weeks.

Completed two modules for twitter bot(account creation and following). Still have to figure out what to do with it LOL but I have 2-3 people i know who are interested in trying out once I have reposting and liking module ready.

Learnt a bit about local SEO, planning on starting an agency with my friend once my exams are over next month. He's new to internet marketing but I see potential in him.

Upcoming things:
Add more modules to twitter bot.
Learn more Local SEO
Buy 5 phones to make a mini mobile proxy farm

Target Revenue: 20k
This month: -0.2k loss (extraordinary loss)

The telegram bot connected to upvote bot:

Good luck on your journey, so you are upvoting your own posts or comments in others posts?

How are you making money with these grown accounts ? Are you selling them ?

You have a solid plan. I wish you all the best with your journey.

The Local SEO Agency might get you there. depends where are you from.

You have a great plan do your best always. Good luck with your journey

currently the upvote bot isnt able to upvote that well so no upvoting.

We have a method to promote some stuff but mostly it's promotion for clients. We sell the extra ones, but it's not that many

Current situation:
Reddit is being brutal. The bot has a $500 monthly upkeep right now but reddit has been changing its algorithm too much. It's changing almost daily and I am frustrated with it at this point. The upvote ratio isnt getting better. It has dropped from 50% to barely 10%. It is so frustrating. Then on saturday, a ban wave hit and I lost over 2k good accounts. I am going to downscale my setup. I will be reducing my mobile proxy ports from 10 to 2 and reduce my vps count from 2 to 1. That should cut the cost by 70%. I will be buying 3 mobile phones and 3 sim cards to set up my own proxies so that I have some proxies from my city as well. Will be pausing work on reddit bot.
On twitter bot, comment module is 50% complete, I just need to hook it up to chatgpt for autogeneration and 2captcha in case arkose veri hits.

I don't know what to learn in Local SEO. I read this https://whitespark.ca/local-search-ranking-factors but I don't know where I can learn how to optimize these factors. Does anyone have any tips where I can learn more about it? I searched on youtube but everything I see there is "This one hack takes an hour to do and will put your business in top 3" like okay bro big words.

A college friend of mine has recently started an ad agency and is working with some clients. I'll offered him automation services in exchange for his help in client acquisition when we start the local seo agency. He is interested. I also hit up another friend who's running a content agency. During our conversation, he told me about his plan to sell AI products to businesses. Since I have a lot of experience in AI, I will be talking to him more trying to figure some product that businesses need. Basic plan is to make a product template that need only small changes to make them fit to each clients' needs. IRL businesses are fun. IRL networking is fun. Having friends who do business is fun. I wish I wasn't socially awkward in 2022.

Anyways, will be a slow month because of exams but I am trying to manage both of them at the same time.
