Outgoing links and internal links

Hi there
QQ , can someone tell me why ahrefs doesn't give me outgoing links and internal links from one of my competitors?, by the way my competitor has the best seo in our field.
I'm sure my competitor is doinng cloaking but I don't know how that relates to the Outgoing links and internal links

I think there is, but I don't know it. But I've seen someone mentioning it, if you have time do some searching around the forum

They are probably blocked spiders for that. I do it myself for some of my auto blogging sites to avoid footprints. Many hosting providers like Digitalocean and Cloudways offer plugins for that. Or you can do it from DNS.

You can still check hides and catch with other crawling services, but it is not worth it. I guess scraping all the sites OBL via Google will help. But why bother that much with those troubles? I think it's not worth it.
