How is this channel getting views?

I found this channel randomly while scrolling on TikTok, and it seems to be doing extremely well according to SocialBlade. However, the content is very repetitive and is targeted toward an Arabic-speaking audience, despite the account being registered in Germany according to SocialBlade.

Is this some kind of blackhat method, or is the audience they're targeting simply interested in that sort of content? Or are they buying views?

The view and comment ratio isnt normal at all imo. The content they produce is just so garbage yet the shorts and videos get alot of views. Seems kinda sus.

To me, this looks weird. Chanel has 454K subscribers and all their recent views are getting 1k-5k views...
This makes me feel the channel subs are fake and the guy uses SMM to boost their views. One video I saw got 30k views so probably SMM helped that one to actually go a bit viral and get seen by real users.

Okay, but what about the consistent 100k+ views for Shorts?

nothing special? very common for shorts content, thats also the reason why hes getting less views on long videos, because all of his traffic is from shorts.

Can you see the content? I cant understand how these shorts get over 100k views all the time with that terrible content. And comments so low as well. There's gotta be something up with this account.
