Whats your opinion on the Google seo api leak?

The potential is great, but it still needs some more research before jumping to hasty assumptions. That's what I'm focusing on during this week

Nice, how are you planning on doing that?
First, go through all leaked files by myself, then determine whether the new information goes in line with our previous thoughts and where things differ. Lastly, check the conclusions in practice with our software - but it'll require a bit more than a week to find out)

All the spammers will spam the shit out of Google. Google will be forced to reevaluate everything from scratch. In 2 years we will be at the exact same spot as we are today.

It just confirmed many things I already knew. Maybe if anything it cleared some ctr effect gaslighting off of me.

Having an idea of even the potential classifiers (bad or good, like small site, how and where ymyl etc etc) does however give me some future ideas on things to avoid just not to be placed in such boxes.

The leak is what i've been saying for years and everyone looked at me like im crazy. Links still matter, google chooses to put whoever they want at the top(i think i saw that in there). They need clicks as a measuring tool when both sites have links. Bad links only hurt small sites not big sites who have millions of bad links, they may have a separate algo for that. Every update there is a new goal post for sites. Mobile speed rank first(needs to stop small sites ranking who cant afford servers etc), I've had big companies reach out to guest post on my site so it does still matter.

To sum it up yes seo is dead for small companies.
