But why you want to buy only this.. It is showing already taken in godaddy so might cost you higher than normal.

Well, it is now parked by GoDaddy and worth 110 euro in the Netherlands. So you don't have many options regarding price rigth here, unless you go for another domain
And considering the value of this domain - while it's .com and stuff, I don't really think that it will attract many visitors simple by its name

As I always say, an item is worth what both buyer and seller can agree on. There's no definite price. But I won't spend several hundreds of dollars on this domain. few hundreds, possible.
It has some nice backlinks but some of them are no follow.

Does it have a popular enough name? Clearly. But will it be good for you? Well, in case you want to launch a new competitor to WordPress and invest $975K for such in domain, it will. In most other cases it's just a waste of resources
Google is more and more keen on brands and brand power, even recent leak confirms it. So in my opinion, it's better to buy domains that are not so expensive and may not include some popular keywords, but they can become a steady basis for great marketing
But it all depends on your initial purpose, of course, as I'm viewing it through the lense of mostly product marketing experience

from what I saw it's not been spammed with Asian content yet, so in this regard it's worth buying because it's clean.
Unfortunately, I couldn't check the backlinks because I have no access to link checkers, but the free version of Ahrefs shows some backlinks, and a 27 DR score, which is decent.
The only other issue that remains to be solved is how many hands this domain has changed. From what I know (and I might be wrong here, so don't quote me on this), the more owners a domain has had, and the more domain registrars it's gone through, the lower its SEO value is. Whois says it's bee hosted on 4 different servers in 16 years, so I don't know what to make of this. It's not good, but it's also not very bad, I've seen domains that have changed servers 15 times in 8 years lol...
Anyway, taking all of these things into account (and assuming that the data is accurate), I would personally buy this domain, but being the cheepskate that I am I would only pay up to $200 for it at most. Whether or not my offer is insulting to the owner I can't say (because I don't know how much people value their own assets), but this is what I would pay for this domain personally. YMMV of course...

What does Defining Someday mean? Does it have a meaning, or can a meaning at least be construed, for your website/business?
Does not strike me as a good domain. The €110 mentioned earlier seems OK at best.
I am currently pondering about a .com domain that consists of two words that actually make sense and is quite fitting for web hosting (!). It is being offered as Buy It Now for just $500 at the moment.

in my opinion it sound like any other 2 words combination so i don't see why it would worth be anything more than $10 unless there is a niche for the name which we are unaware
