I would like to know how can I rank those specific keyword? just make exact keyword anchor with 10pbn, 10 guest post each and 50 web2.0 with generic, nake url?
What should be anchor text diversity strategy?

Thanks

There are many factors for the ranking improvements, to improve the ranking of your specific keywords from positions 50-100, it's essential to approach the task with a combination of on-page optimization, content improvement, and a strategic off page plan.

You should work on building high-quality backlinks to improve the authority and ranking of your pages.
This is an important question - What should be anchor text diversity strategy?
To avoid penalties and make your backlink profile look natural, diversify your anchor text. You can use this Anchor Text Diversity Strategy

Exact Match: 10-15% of your links should use the exact keyword you want to rank for.
Partial Match: 15-20% should use variations or longer phrases that include your keyword.
Branded Anchors: 20-25% should include your brand name.
Generic Anchors: 10-15% can use generic terms like "click here," "read more," etc.
Naked URLs: 15-20% should be the URL of your page without any anchor text.
LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing) Keywords: 10-15% should use related keywords or phrases.

For the type of backlinks
PBN Links: Be cautious with PBNs as they can be risky. If you use them, make sure they are high-quality, relevant, and not part of a detectable network. Limit the use of exact match anchors here.
Guest Posts: Focus on high-authority, niche-relevant sites. Use a mix of anchor texts with an emphasis on branded and partial match keywords.
Web 2.0 Properties: Create content on Web 2.0 sites and use them to build links back to your pages. Use more generic and naked URL anchors

I hope this works for your. Best of luck. :)

So are these type of packages are any good for ranking or i should focus on guest post and pbn more?

All of it is rubbish... use PBN only. White hat SEO is dead.

For sure, getting those keywords up from positions 50-100 needs a solid strategy. You’re on the right track with PBNs, guest posts, and web 2.0s, but it’s all about balance

it's important to have a balanced and natural backlink strategy. Instead of relying heavily on exact match anchor text, aim for a mix that includes exact match, partial match, branded, and generic anchors.

EBUG--- 10% EMD / some LSI, 20% Branded, 30% Url (naked domain), 40% Generic (click here, et al)

It's all about balance with High quality PBNs, guest posts, and web 2.0s to get keywords up from positions 50-100.

Use a mix of 2-3 keywords in your link building strategy. Mix of guest posts and PBNs is a good choice to start with. make sure the links are quality links

this guide might help:

In general, you want your best links to have either branded or exact match anchors. You also don't want to overdo your exact match anchors as this is a clear sign that you're building links and google will penalize you for it. While you might be able to get away with higher percentages, I always liked keeping things extra safe, and when it comes to exact match anchors "extra safe" means 1-5% of the total anchors.

So, for example, if you have 20 links pointing to your page you want only 1-2 links having exact match anchors, the rest of them being naked URLs, brand, and generic anchors. You can also throw another 1-2 partial match anchors in there if you want, but you'll probably be pushing it :)

But this is concerning inner pages, if you intend to build those 20 links to the homepage many of their anchors (I'd say 50% or more of them) should be branded anchors, either exact or partial match

Anyway, read the guide I linked you with above, it will really help navigate your way around link building as a newbie!
