Are Scrapebox and GSA still useful tools?

I am to post to content forms. The couple of firms I've contacted aren't answering emails

They are working, but you cant just expect replies like cold email.
You may get a response like 1 out of 1000 submissions or more than that sometimes

Yes GSA is still good and scrapebox is good for scraping targets
If you use good proxies, target sites and good content you can get 10 to 20% response rate

Contact form marketing is definitely a numbers game. 2 submissions is nothing. Over millions of submissions, general response/clickthrough rate is usually in low single figures %. GSA's contact form submitter will be able to submit to many more form types than Scrapebox.
