Hello everyone,

I'm Aleksa and I'm new to the forum!

Over the past couple of months, I've been exploring Drop Servicing. I've tried a few niches and sent cold emails to a few thousand clinics and individuals, but unfortunately, I haven't seen any significant results.

I searched for posts related to Drop Servicing on this forum but couldn't find much. Is there anyone with experience in this field who is willing to chat? I have a few questions and would greatly appreciate your insights.

Thank you!

If you're sending massive cold emails with the same message, chances they ended up in spam, and hence you didn't see any positive result from your promotions.

You have to use the right tools and you'll need a lot of domains to create multiple email addresses. or if you're using free emails like Gmail, you'll need a bunch of them.

The recommended practice is to send 50 messages per day from only one email, and you'll not start sending them all at once. you have to start with 20, 30, 40 and then 50. if you want to send 1000 emails daily, you'll roughly need 20 emails for that if you want to land in the Inbox.

And before that, you have to warm any new email address you created for two weeks.

Also, you can't send exact message to all you prospects, you have to use spintax to create different variations of the message.

Of course, you can automate all these using tools like Instantly and Smartleads.

On the other hand, when it comes to the services you're pitching to prospects, you have to be selective. Services related to graphic design, web design will be hard to sell these days. The services you're offering should be directly related to the revenue growth of the companies you're targeting. Focus on providing services that will help them make more money or save more money.

You have to create an offer that will stand out because businesses receive dozens of emails every single day from marketers. your email subject line should stand out and the message itself should stand out.

Even if you do everything right, you should expect to get only 0.5% - 3% response rate because the prospects are cold. Not all of the responses will be positive. Nearly half or more will be negative: some will end up in curses, not interested, remove me from your list, and so on.

It's just a numbers game if you do things right.

For drop service don't do outbound but do Inbound.
Ex: buy from seoclerks and sell on fiverr or vice-versa. That's what people do here.

My plan is to get business email and domain now, maybe that can reduce the chance of my mails being sent to spam? Also I'm thinking of going with Zoho mail because it's way cheaper than the others, what do you think?
