I've found some better link gigs back in the day when I used it compared to Fiverr.

I tried registering as seller but it's apparently they have enough sellers as of now and not taking new sellers...but it's a gold mine if you are approved and have white hat service.

I registered new account as seller lol , was not approved.Is it otherwise if i have a buyer acccount ?

It is a similar platform to Fiverr, I only managed to get 1 sale from PPH before switching permanently to Upwork. I didn't dedicate a lot of time to it since there was poor interest from buyers.

upwork is not for link building. Only if you are a serious freelancer.
