Is there an AI for creating transcribed subtitles?

I have a video, it has vocals in punjabi language.
I want to create subtitle in English, i have found AIs to do this

BUT the English subtitle must not be a translation of the punjabi words but the actual punjabi words written in english e.g "kiddah dostaa ki gul heh?" as opposed to "Hi Friends whats up?"

anyone know one?
