Hello. I have a porn tube website. How can I make this website legal? Do I need to establish a company? I want my website to be legal. I want to have a card payment system on my website. Does anyone have knowledge on this subject?

My website is active and working. Do you know any card payment system? People from all over the world can pay? I use patreon but it has problems. It does not accept every card. I want stripe but it requires a company and bank account.

High risk payment merchants allow that. I think "Signature payments" provides to your industry website. You can check theri website. Perhaps they only work in USA

Take a look at Verotel, it's a payment processor for this kind of website
But I don't have personal experience with them to know if it's good or not
